Official Rules for
Kenra "PLATINUM GIFT BOX 2008" Contest
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCE OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE.

1. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This contest is void where prohibited. To enter, go to gbox2008.kenra.com for a chance to win one of 500 "Free Kenraź Platinum Gift Box Sets," featuring our new Platinum hair sprays, and complete survey questions. Entries may be made by completing the Kenra survey online only. Entries must be received on or before 5/15/2008 at 11:59pm CST. Kenra, LLC is not responsible for any lost, illegible, incomplete or mutilated entries. This contest is sponsored by Kenra, LLC, 6501 Julian Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46219.

2. DRAWING: 500 winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received from website. Eligible entries are those who: 1) live in the Continental US, 2) Have a valid mailing address (no PO Boxes accepted), and 3) completely fill out online form and confirm they have a valid email address by completing the email authentication step. Drawings will be conducted on or before 5/30/2008. Entrants need not be present to win. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 50. Actual odds may vary, depending on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Kenra, LLC and their respective directors, officers, affiliates, employees and including, without limitation, their advertising agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind, sustained directly or indirectly in connection with the awarding of, possession of, or use of the prize products. Persons entering this contest agree that Kenra, LLC may, without additional compensation, use his or her name, biographical data, likeness, voice, and/or product endorsements for advertising or promotional purposes on any and all media throughout the world in connection with announcing the results of the contest.

3. PRIZE: Winner will receive a "Free Kenraź Platinum Gift Box Set" prize, valued at $9.95. Substitution or transfer of the prize will not be permitted, nor will cash be awarded in lieu of the prize. Contest winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and shipping costs and expenses.

4. ELIGIBILITY: CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S., 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WHO HAVE A VALID EMAIL AND MAILING ADDRESS (NO PO BOXES ACCEPTED). EMPLOYEES OF KENRA, LLC AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER. ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE PER PERSON.
